I made it till the middle of the 6th inning and I had to run for cover. By that point I was pretty soggy even though I had a blanket to cover most of me. The blanket was wet my hoodie was soaked and my clothes underneath were pretty wet as well. We left early fight the high wind and rain.
Lou e. Loon and Rall e. Camel at the fire pit
I was glad to come home to flannel pj's last night in an attempt to try and warm up. We listened to the game on the way home and we lost 5-4, with the rain though it was hard for the players to find footing (we had a collision last night of the 3rd baseman and the catcher, not pretty) and the ball was always wet so pitching from the mound or out field was terrible. The 6th inning alone took forever. I lost count of pitched in the top of the 6th and just felt bad for the Loons.
The rain quit after we left (of course it did) and we missed the fireworks, but to be honest I didn't mind seeing as to the fact I was drenched in rain and starting to get a very sore throat. I still have quite a few game to see and maybe we will win one of them (I have only seen losing games this season) honestly I skipped the game today and they probably win. Well until next time my faithful readers I say 再见 zài jiàn (see again)
